Ooooo, galbladder attacks are horrible!
Just about anything can cause the stones to move. Activity can certainly shake them up– found out about mine while taking martial arts classes. Sometimes, though, they just happen out of the blue. Anything that shakes them up will potentially have influence, but that’s not the sole cause. Passing gallstones is fairly rare, and they can get stuck.
Have you scheduled surgery yet to have your gallbladder out? They can do it through a fairly tiny incision; you’re in and out on the same day, back to non-strenuous usual activities inside a week.
Please don’t delay seeing a doctor and scheduling the surgery. Since the stones are moving around the longer you wait the more risk you have of a stone blocking the bile duct and starting gangrene or worse having the gallbladder rupture and cause peritonitis.Either way you have surgery, the only difference is the amount of time you would have to be in the hospital. The surgery is simple amd done out patient.
Once I had the surgery I had no more issues with that kond of sickening pain. Best of luck to you.
I had issues last yr.. I was so bad I went into a Dr’s appointment for a check up and follow up on other things, and as soon as my Dr walked in, he told me he was sending me to the ER and to expect to have emergency surgery. I went in on Valentines day and the dumb ass in the ER sent me home with meds and said to set up an appointment on Monday and to take the meds to keep the pain at bay.
Sometime over the next few days I ended up back in the ER and rushed to emergency surgery.. When it was done and over, I had like 18-25 stones The ultrasound isnt completely clear but we can see at least 18 though was told there might be more Anyway I didnt even know I was having gallbladder issues although after the last surgery I ended up having three cause the Dr rushed through the first surgery and caused a tear but he did tell me I should have had it removed yrs ago.
So I would suggest you get it looked at, and really if you are having pain that is a 7 or above you should go to the ER. If you pass one or more, they can cause tears or blockage and this will cause even more problems. And if it is as bad as mine you might simply need to get it removed.
As those say anything can cause it to move, walking, sex, flogging, you name it, the thing is you need to get it checked and make sure there isn’t anything else going on or it hasn’t caused anymore problems.

I have used the services and received very good information and also they asked me for a follow up once we figured out exactly what I had back home. You might just avail yourself of this free service.
My gall bladder attacks always come after I eat something greasy or pork meal which I try desperately to avoid now that I know the triggers. And, it is like a hot iron being put on my right side just below my ribs. I’ve paced the floor for hours with it but now watch what I eat and do not have a problem. And after flogging, I have never had any pain.

It’s not likely that most flogging can cause a stone to move. These puppies are not round and smooth, they tend to lodge themselves and come in different sizes. They also can be so numerous they can FILL the gallbladder and common bile duct. At that point you are going to surgery. The other issue which can happen quickly or can take awhile is cholecystitis, an infection of the gallbladder. If you develop stones and cystitis of the gallbladder, it’s coming out. Good luck and as others have said, follow through with getting medical attention please.
