using small guage is great for learning hand patterns and knot control…seeing how the twisted will look later on and roterope dexterity…all natural fibers for body touch and sytnhemp, amsteel or tech12 for haul lines…

if rope fails around her body, the effect on her will be a bit our of being ropestoned until you rectify with another hank of rope…
but any thing else makes lack of knowledge incredibly dangerous…
take all the classes offered by your local BDSM, watch rope-topia, etc

my first rope on a girl was in 1958, a piece of well worn sisal that was in a garden…

I found a video by Lee Harrington on Kink Academy a while back (I don’t subscribe any more so no idea if it’s still there) that shows exactly the kind of strap-on dildo harness you’re describing – totally made of rope and fairly simple to put together. I’ve tried it several times, it’s a cinch (literally 5 minutes or so once you get the hang of it), totally adjustable on your body, and able to accomodate any size dildo. I’ve put it on myself, and had my sub do it for me.

Basically, you tie around the waist first, pass rope between your legs and back again to the front, and begin a series of hitches down the pubis and around the dildo. Pass the rope to the back, separate the lines and pass to the front again, tying off at the waist. It will leave your crotch and ass exposed for play, and the best part is when you’re done you simply untie at the waist and the whole thing falls right off for cleaning later.

If you want to play in bed and don’t want the headboard because of the noise, you can use your box spring to attach your eyelets, loops, ect to, or even your bag idea between the box spring and mattress… that way you don’t run the risk of “damaging” your place, you have something sturdy to be anchored to, and you don’t run the risk of some random person asking questions… plus you have the privacy of your room for when that baby starts walking!!!

If you are looking for variety tho, they do make those hooks that you hang over the top of doors… kind of like the ones for Christmas wreathes. You could use those and move them around the house, take them down when you are done, or even leave them up since they are used for coats or robes or whatnot… or even find other places or things to hook them on to… look around for furniture that has legs or even something simple like a computer chair on wheels. Find a cedar chest with legs. Very functional in the home, yet can be used for play without any suspicions…
