ParticipantOoooo, galbladder attacks are horrible!
Just about anything can cause the stones to move. Activity can certainly shake them up– found out about mine while taking martial arts classes. Sometimes, though, they just happen out of the blue. Anything that shakes them up will potentially have influence, but that’s not the sole cause. Passing gallstones is fairly rare, and they can get stuck.
Have you scheduled surgery yet to have your gallbladder out? They can do it through a fairly tiny incision; you’re in and out on the same day, back to non-strenuous usual activities inside a week.

ParticipantI played with both braided and twisted MFP, and found that the twisted was more resistant to abrasion. More then 5 years with Hempex.
I worked alots in the military with nylon 10mm twisted and 10mm cotton braided, for rappelling and boats operation. But even in very rough test, again rocks and hard surface, both was very similar.
In rappelling the nylon offer little elasticity and over a 50m cliff is became very heavy, less for the cotton.we worked with little ropes 3mm jute or paracorde, and was normal that people saw the jute breaking for some of the things. I even did a rappelling from a paracorde, not recommanded.
But only in Bondage I saw so many rope break with natural fiber, and none from the synthetics.
I think its can be also related to the the breaking the fiber when the bending occur over a small object.
Fiber get damage but not visible.Batione
ParticipantWell our rule is that we only swing together,so its a shared experience. And we are both bi/bicurious so we seek out situations where everyone can play with everyone. We don’t play on our own so we consider ourselves monogamish 🙂 we enjoy the shared experience of others

ParticipantLet’s talk about science, according to the Center for Disease Control
“How long does the Hepatitis C virus survive outside the body?
The Hepatitis C virus can survive outside the body at room temperature, on environmental surfaces, for at least 16 hours but no longer than 4 days.
HIV does not survive long outside the human body (such as on surfaces), and it cannot reproduce. It is not spread by
Air or water.
Insects, including mosquitoes or ticks.
Saliva, tears, or sweat. There is no documented case of HIV being transmitted by spitting.
Casual contact like shaking hands or sharing dishes.
Closed-mouth or “social” kissing
Toilet seats.”I couldn’t find the source doc, but as I remember in order for HIV to remain viable outside of the human body the infected blood must remain moist and its life span was still only hours. So if you are using floggers on multiple partners, the wipe them down and let them dry for a couple of days will ensure that the two nastiest bugs are dead. I seriously doubt that folks using the same floggers on different people during the same session will take time out to clean their instruments, for them I recommend fluid bonding. I for one rarely draw blood with my floggers (I have other toys that are much more fun for that). Remember most of the myths about HIV and how it spreads are from the bad old days when it was the boogie man and we had no knowledge in regards to methods of transmission. When all else fails fall back on science.
Just my 2 cents.

ParticipantGet a long wooden pole and fix screw-in eyes top and bottom, then when it’s not in use it’s just an innocent spare bit of wood, or screw them in under the bed and when removed you’ll just have a couple of small holes nobody will see.

ParticipantA mentor and friend of mine in NYC taught a workshop on punching, kicking and stomping. Without saying a word to the attendees, his slave knelt in front of him, and he opened the workshop with a face slapping that was so fucking hot…I almost came.

Participantpolyfidelity or closed poly is when everyone involved agrees that no new relationships will be formed. Mostly, although not always, this involved tight-knit groups where everyone is dating everyone else.
If you want the term specifically for two people who both start dating a third person, so you have three people all involved, that’s a triad
If there is a couple who want a third sex partner but not a an emotional connection, that’s a threesome.
